I had a wonderful experience at Gambro. Here how to handle a patient's chart. How to read doctor's notes and orders, then I moved on to Patient Care Tech. I learned how to put a patient on the dialysis machine and take them off. I learned how to set the weight of the amount of fluid that have to pulled off the patients....
