Responsible for the following processes: interviewing,
hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions to include developing performance improvement plans and managing terminations
Develop, implement, and evaluate new programs/pilots to include: Transition Management Program; Acuity Tool project; Restricted Recipient pilot
Develop, implement, and update new documentation tools to include: Comprehensive Assessment Tools for special needs populations; Careplans; and streamline tools used in the field

Develop, implement, and maintain care management utilization and quality data reports utilized by senior management
Responsible for ensuring federal, state, and regulatory health plan care management compliance requirements met to include managing DHS, MDH, and CMS onsite surveys
