Responsible for the following processes: interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions to include developing performance improvement plans and managing terminations
Develop, implement, and evaluate new programs/pilots to include: Transition Management Program; Acuity Tool project; Restricted Recipient pilot
Develop, implement, and update new documentation tools to include: Comprehensive Assessment Tools for special needs populations; Careplans; and streamline tools used in the field
