What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?
take a big breath between every customer and start a new slate with each one. Retail is really hard sometimes because you are not always respected, and its important to keep your head cool, and deal with each situation, and each customer as a new customer. If you can create a memorable experience for one customer, and they say a heartfelt thank you it makes up for the customers who left on a less than pleasant note!...
