RCC is a construction company dealing with building construction and renovation operating in the Federated States of Micronesia. I was hired to oversee the project from all aspect including the daily operations, submission of reports as well as the purchasing of some materials needed for the project

How would you describe your time at Department of Agrarian Reform?
* Assists in the examination of plans & specifications and served as the Government's representative in construction implementation, ensuring that the plans and specifications are precisely followed.
* Conducts Pre-Bid and Pre-Construction Conferences
* Works closely as a member of the project team in assuring that the project meets its primary objective pertaining to quality of work, manage within the resources and to finish the project on time.
* Arrange meeting with all the members of the project team, preparing agendas and distributing minutes, review documents and gives recommendation.
* Assists the Project Manager in some works administratively in reviewing construction documents such as bid plans, cost estimate, change orders, assessment and evaluation of contractor's performance and document filing.
* Inspect the overall project work in progress daily, records, and report to the Project Manager.
* Assists Consultants to inspect and verify work of the contractor as shown in the plans, specification and approved shop drawings.
* Submits monthly progress and inspection reports, witness testing of materials in the field or laboratory of accredited agency and conduct testing and commissioning.
* Arrange and conduct inspection and prepare the punch list for work requiring correction during completion phase.
* Assist the Consultants in pre-substantial, substantial and final completion of the project and its close-out reports....
