How would you describe your time at Quality Gold?

I was hired as a customer service representative. I took orders from our accounts as they called in to the call center and resolved problems. I worked in customer service for 2 years. I now work in the New Business Development departement (as of August 2007) and work side by side with the marketing department. This job requires very close attention to detail, merchandising for websites and catalogs, and data entry. I use many different types of office equipment, computers, printers, copiers, fax, envelope sealer and labeler....
