Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?

My most influential mentor was SSG O. Sykes, she was my NCOIC while I was in the military. She taught that the patient/client comes first and that you are there for them. Also that employees should always be given the opportunity for advancement an education. And that a good work environment is one that is able to challenge its employees.... read more
