accessing financial records in order to develop accurate fiscal reports, and continually updating building inventories to
provide accurate information for analysis and budget decisions.
- Schedule and conduct staff training and safety meetings and document the proceedings of such to be compliant with OSHA
regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation in accordance with established policy for each need funded by the yearly
Replacements and Improvements program (R&I).
- Acting liasion between staff and administration within our work group to maximize employee potential and follow-through
