How would you describe your time at Landsafe/Countrywide?

Currently I am employed at LandSafe National Default (LandSafe) as an Operations Supervisor. Before that, I was a title examiner at LandSafe and was recognized for my high production and superior quality. In six months, I was promoted to my current position where I manage a team of examiners. I focus on their quality, production, chain-of-title and variances regarding legal descriptions in order to prevent any foreclosure delays.

In addition, I am the only person in the office responsible for producing title commitments for underwritten policies. I negotiate with underwriters to indemnify and hold us harmless from any subsequent litigation that may occur. Upon agreement, I produce a title commitment in exchange for a ???hold harmless letter." I also have experience in secured and unsecured lending practices.
