??? Built the Sales Leader Effectiveness Strategy for International roll-out to improve frontline leaders??? sales effectiveness. This strategy helped leaders to coach, motivate, and identify opportunities for developing their teams in the role; it leverages both internal and external leadership best practices.
??? Developed and deployed a new hire Buddy program in support of the Indian Sales Force Expansion. The program improved the productivity of new hires??? and increased the merchant activation signing rate by 18%.
??? Given budgetary constraints in 2009 created a customised training calendar that focused on cost-effective blended learning; combined face- to-face and virtual best practice sharing forum to cover both advanced and foundational skills that support the business??? critical gaps.
??? Developed a framework and toolkit to deploy and roll-out 12 Communities of Practice(COPs) forums across different sales group performing similar roles within three (3) regions.
??? Utilised key efficiency and effectiveness metrics to measure the impact of training on the sales teams. Results shows that the learning platforms build a strong framework for national, regional and cross-regional collaboration and altered sales people behaviour.
??? Pioneered and successfully deployed a high-touch sales curriculum in 2008 whilst navigating a complex European environment that includes 9 markets, 6 languages and various cultural differences.
??? Worked with a key vendor on customising the content and language for the international roll-out of a basic and advanced sales negotiation training. Feedback results averaged 4.5 out of 5.
??? Supported the sales force expansion by deploying successful Onboarding Workshops that leveraged the sales leaders as co-facilitators and coaches.
??? Shared best practices with colleagues in the cross-business Amex Learning Community and also worked in partnership with Human Resources (HR) to launch 10 sales competency tools.
