What's your ideal role within an organization?
My role will be working with account direction and upper level management to make decisions about the direction and organizationof the company. I will be the liason between upper management and my creative group. I will lead brainstorming sessions in the creative group. I'll assign work to promote the development of the individuals in my team. I will assure adherance to brand identity of the company and our clients. I will participate in new business pitches and th epresentation of campaigns/projects. I will ultimately responible for final creative output....
