What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

Don't let yourself get jaded by the oldsters. Get jaded in your own time. Don't expect every opportunity to come immediately. Don't accept a culture of no opportunity. Try to have fun and let your brain grow a little while you're there. You spend too much time there to allow anything else to happen.
