How would you describe your time at Qualifind?
I founded the firm as a solo practicioner and a year later added a partner from Mexico - Fernando Espinosa.
Fernando and I have built the firm to 18 employees and $2.4M in annual revenue with plans to reach $10M in the next 36 months.
We purchased 8K sq. ft. of office space in the San Diego suburb of Eastlake in 2006 and recently added the world class applicant tracking system - Bullhorn to our toolbox.
We have our firm divided into discipline-centric divisions to include Manufacturing & Engineering, Industrial Sales, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Finance & Accounting (this one's almost exclusively Mexico-related)....
