What kind of job are you looking for?

Basically what I am doing now (please review my work history). I enjoy working with people, training others, and gaining any skills I can possibly get my hands on. I am just trying to relocate back to the Southeast because where I reside right now Isnt very suitable for my family or myself. I manage 70 employees, both direct and Indirect. I have to make sure they follow sop's, safety, quality, tpm's,etc during production. I have 5 direct reports I have to do on a daily basis. How would you describe your time at Empire State College?

Empire State College was a good school to advance my education. I loved It because It wasnt a classroom setting, but more of a one to one mentoring sessions with your professors. People thought It would be a breeze completing my degree this way but actually It was tougher than a classroom setting; because I had tons of researching to do just to complete a paper on a weekly basis. Remember this wasnt a classroom setting, just a syllabus, a mentor I would see twice a week and I was on my own. But It was great because that was my style of working on my degree, and thats how I do In my professional life as well.... read more
