What kind of job are you looking for?
To find a challenging position to meet my competencies, capabilities, skills, education and experience. As I have experience in different kinds of departments of different organizations, I am able to handle all sorts of pressure in jobs. My current job a an operational manager for CHN is providing me more deep insight look on different cultures and how to tackle with the needs of any individual culture. I am always willing to work in challenging environment and where I can work in more creative way and to find new ways of working then traditional one. I am writing dessertation on CRM, which will provide me a chance to understand the needs of individual customer's requirements....

1 To manage the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country, and international law and process.

1. Compilation of Annual Report throughout the year and present the same at the end of the year at the second biannual meeting. 2. Compilation and presentation of all four departments of Hestia at the biannual meeting of the Hestia advisory board (Yearly in January and June). 3. Weekly meetings with hosts to check on operations * Events * Public Relations & Promotion * Maintenance * Finance 4. Meetings with Hestia Coordinator on a regular basis 5. Operations Management Tasks * Events: i. At the start of the year, ensure that the event and activity planner for the year is created and updated in coordination with event coordinator. ii. Work with the event coordinator to ensure smooth flow in organization of events and activities as planned in the planner or spontaneously. iii. Define and ensure quality of events. * Public relations & Promotion i. Work with PR coordinator & ensure regular communication in the CHN Krant Newspaper, CHN Intranet, CHN Video walls, and Hestia Notice board. ii. Monitor visitors at Hestia and events and continually come up with plans to increase numbers. iii. Ensure that mailing lists are up to date. iv.
