Vice President of Operations: Responsible for retailer and supplier relationships, product rotation, credit, collections, budgeting, account management and routing fleet of 84 vehicles, inbound freight negotiations, building and inventory security. Oversaw facility maintenance and layout of 3 warehouses totaling 150,000 sq ft. servicing 6300 retail accounts spanning 60,000 sq miles. Hired, trained and developed team of 175. Responsible for annual $15.5 million operating budget, sales forecasting of 600 SKU's netting an 8 million case volume and $90 million in revenue. ZULANAS DISTRIBUTING, Inc, Denver, CO (Company purchased by Western Beverage in 2001) 1998-2001 Chief Operating Officer: Responsible for overall P&L performance, $60 million in revenue, $14 million annual budget and team of 165.
