How would you describe your time at Kier Property Management?

I currently work at the Marion Hotel. It is a low income Moderate Rehabilitation/Tax credit SRO. I work closely with Ogden Housing Authority. Together we handle the initial move-ins, and the IR or Ar recertifications. Iam fully trained in all Tax Credit compliance paperwork, as well as Yardi Voyager. Iam very good with computers, both with software operation and hardware maintenance.(I can rebuild one from the ground up.) I have a working knowledge of security camera systems. I can perform general property maintenance. (We have learned to improvise, overcome and adapt to any situation.) I just recently attended a fair housing seminar, and took part in classes on how to deal with meth and mold....
