What's your ideal role within an organization?

My ideal role is that I am the leader of a team; however I do not want it to be a leadership like a CEO to a corporation or a Coach to a baseball team. I want to be a leader in the way that I am the guide to a team of independent thinkers who come to me with thier own ideas, thier own goals, and they ask my approval as a formality, out of respect for the institution, not out of fear.
