What kind of job are you looking for?
My long term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells! I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company. Positioning a company for better exposure and greater marketability is a task that I have performed with success many times. I am an excellent trainer who achieves ongoing success with her teams by building morale, maintaining teams' self-confidence and training them to build the sale by improving their people skills....

How would you describe your time at David Drye Company?
* Project Manager over Retro Water Meter installation of 4000 units. Includes; scheduling plumber, investigating the type of pipes to be used, overseeing all supply deliveries and notifying residents of install dates. To this point 1473 water meters in 7 different apartment communities, and 4 different kinds of pipe, have been installed in a 3 month time span with no injuries or major damage. Project was completed ahead of schedule and without incident. Estimated savings to company $500,000 per year. * Devised and executed a full rollout of water billing for existing communities including full lease compliance and other administrative issues. * Worked with the Utilities Commissions to ensure proper compliance for associated regulations and ensure reports are filed on time. * Devised and executed a plan to promptly get new development deals up and running on the new billing services. * Developed controls to ensure that all residents are billed promptly, that 'no bills' are investigated promptly, that the water bill reading company is doing actual bills and not estimates, that the company is performing the required maintenance and honoring their warranties. * Developed a procedure that improved collections 84% in the first 120 days. Procedure uses a combination of the vendor's resources, in house resources and other appropriate resources. E.g. devised a way for the billing company to post billings into our resident ledger cards to enable collections to take place on site. * Increased revenue from onsite vending machines more then 100% from initial agreements. * Developed other related areas including trash billing, storm water billing, vacant utility recovery, cable TV billing, telephone programs and others generating several thousands of dollars of NEW REVENUE....
