Responsible for hourly output of a complete production Line.
Planning, leading. Organizing and controlling of the assembly line with 75 direct operators based on the plan targeted by the production team.
Overseeing and correcting the work of subordinates and making sure that the line is functioning in a normal satisfactory way.
Ensuring daily entries of all critical data like output,
Downtime performance tracking every hour.
Conducting on Job Training Program and qualify the Persons based on this for the Complete assembling Activities.
Conducts daily meeting with operators to ensure all issues to production roadblocks are dealt properly and preventive and corrective action is taken in timely basis by coordinating with support staff.
Design the Program for Quality Improvement and Productivity.
Conducting Training Program for all the Products through the Packages guide through Worldwide Team.
Having good knowledge of shop floor work management, shift working & activity planning
In charge for 110 operators and 15 Technician trainees.
