Perform full life-cycle recruiting for technical and executive-level positions.
Source, screen, qualify, evaluate, recruit, interview, sell, and close technical candidates at all levels.
Conduct exhaustive searches via the web, resume databases (using Boolean logic), niche boards, user groups,
networking, referrals, target companies and cold calling.
Post positions and source candidates using job boards, industry networking sites, Craig's List, user groups, online technical forums, and niche technology sites.
Provide detailed candidate profiles, compensation data, work status, and recommendations for each technical candidate submittal.
Manage candidate relationships, including selling Clear Capital, its culture, opportunities and the Truckee area.
Meet with hiring managers to fully assess and understand their needs, ideals, urgency, and timeframes.
Manage the interview process for all technical candidates.
Make hiring recommendations to management for technical candidates.
