My personality is such that I take charge of things. I am able to gain a very clear vision very quickly of where the company that I work for could be and the market in which it operates, many times I begin to gain this vision before I even begin to work for a company. From my past experiences of living in many different areas of the country, I have a good intuition and insight in to many different kinds of people, this insight allows me to interact and become an influence with many different kinds of people from many different backgrounds. My work ethic and the experiences that I have had in my working life have also led me to a clear understanding of what it takes to lead an organization. With the responsibilities of leadership positions, many people are unwilling to take on such a challenge as leadership, but I tend to crave the challenge. With the experiences I have had in my life to this point, I feel that I am more than capable of such a challenge, but I have yet been able to attain the position that would allow me to prove myself worthy of the challenge. My ideal role within a company, I believe, would be a leadership role....
