How would you describe your time at ING?
In a nut shell, I started off as a 401(k) plan manager servicing retirement plans. I enrolled 401(k) participants into their plan. I worked on the IT side of the business for two years as Business Analyst. Moved over to the Annuity side of the business and became a Client Service Manager. Become a business expert on complex death claims and a laison with the Legal Department. In 1999, I became an educational consultant with Aetna (Aetna was purchased by iNG in 2000). Developed and delivered training on various projects, system conversions, website changes and new product launches. I received two Master's Degree since 1992 - one in Commmunication and Information Management and one in Finance. I hold various certifications in training and in the financial industry.
