I am responsible for supervising a staff of 12-14 Direct Support Specialist, who care for the day to day living of MH/MR consumers. I work closely with, the Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Nurse, Behaviorist, Home Manager and direct support staff to provide quality of life for every consumer in which we serve.
I prepare monthly reports of each consumer's written training programs, day placement monitoring, physician visits, and day to day activities of daily living.
I am trained in Human Resources, Clients rights, Person Centered planning, First Aid, CPR, I'm safe you're safe, and professional documentation....
