What are the most challenging aspects of your job?
I'm a freelancer working out of my home at the moment so it has some unique challenges. I have to remain focused on my work and not compulsively check my e-mail and art sites. It's also difficult to create my work and simultaneously setup the next project. I really have to set aside time for self-promotion. The third problem is getting in the groove but remembering to get out of it. The wife doesn't like it when you get carried away and work a week of 12 hour days....
