How would you describe your time at VMware?

I work in Search for 8+ years, the last 6+ in technical, currently at VMware searching for C++ Engineers with OOD and multithreading experience. I help mid-level/senior candidates find opportunities that are long term interests. In my career I have placed candidates in Software Engineering, (the whole scope from developers to architects and directors), Electrical Engineering, and Project Management (software side). My niche and geography is Software Engineers in Silicon Valley and surrounding areas. My goals are to help my client achieve their business objectives with the most qualified employees and for people considering a move to another company to feel like they are in the hands of a consultant that cares about their well being.

How would you describe your time at volt services group?

My position was to prospect, develop and place solid candidates into full time employment with my clients. I partnered with employers to meet their business objectives through helping them in their hiring goals.
I did full cycle direct placement consulting in the technical industry (primarily Software related opportunities)in Silicon Valley and SF Bay Area. I worked both contract and the full time (aka Perm).
I am known primarily as a partner in my clients hiring processes by not only sourcing candidates but keeping them apprised of the various subtle nuances in the industry outside their current scope of knowledge and interest.
