What's your ideal work environment?
My ideal work environment is one this relaxed and easy going. I want to be able to bond with my collegues in and out of the work environment. I am looking for an administration who is understanding and helpful in whatever manner that is needed of the teacher and the students. I want a work environment that encourages individuality and helps to spark creativity....

Assist and guide students to sharpen their skills in theatrics and performance; mentor students interested in theatre studies; attend Cappies shows around the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area; direct and edit student critiques for submission to area newspapers.
