I HANDLED CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS OVER THE PHONE. RECTIFYING COMPANY MISHAPS, LOCATING LOST ITEMS, ISSUEING RETURNS, ISSUING REBATES, LOGGING CALLS.

MY PARENTYS OWN THIS BUSINESS. THIS IS A JOB THAT I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO WORK AT OFF AND ON THROUGH THE YEARS. WORKED THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL THERE. WENT TO COLLEGE IN 2001, SO I LEFT. CAME BACK IN 2002 AFTER QUITING SCHOOL. GOT A JOB AT DELL AND MOVED TO TWIN FALLS IN 2003, SO LEFT AGAIN. DAD OPENED A SECOND STORE IN JEROME IN 2004, SO I WAS THE MANAGER THERE UNTIL MAY OF 2006 (I WAS DUE TO HAVE A BABY IN JULY OF 2006) AND i JUST WORK PART TIME UNTIL JULY 2006. I DECIDED TO BE JUST A STAY-AT-HOME MOM AFTER THAT. WE THEN CLOSED THE STORE IN OCTOBER OF 2006....
