Product Designer for Real Time Collaborations group. Initially, I worked in the role of visual designer, implementing a new design for the next wave of products, which include Communicator and Live Meeting. I also created detailed visual specs for web- and mobile-based versions for use by dev teams in China and India. I mentored one of the other talented visual design contractors who had just started as a full-time employee.
