What's your ideal role within an organization?

I have served as a project leader as well as functioned as a one-man-show. Both have their rewards and their limitations, but in most cases I enjoy most being the single source and doing all the work myself. For me it's about the challenge; I enjoy a project that forces me to learn and adapt.
