What path did you take to your current career?
I started off in air to ground communications in an inflight service station. After than I supervised the design of short range communications systems. Then I moved into personnel management doing new hire orientations and finally I worked my way up to Director of Human Resource Management and Development for a $30 billion dollar company. It's been a wonderful ride, but having spent some time in the trenches truly helped me with my most trying decisions, cause I was able to see the big picture, rather than just my part of the puzzle....
