What makes you a great coworker?
I am a great co-worker because I am diplomatic. I try to get a long with everyone in my area and I make a strong effort to stay out of cliques and gossip. When projects are going on and I can take a leadership role within them, I make sure to be fair and include everyone. I like to build relationships with my co-workers and become friends and I love to be supportive for them when they need it. I like to make my co-workers my buddies and I love to be social in my workplace as I find it make the work easier and the environment more pleasant....
