Provided operating support for external sales agencies at SBC. Agents marketed telephony products and services to business customers including POTS, DID, ISDN, DSL and Unbundled Network Elements. Responsible for surpassing sales targets for key products through retention and acquisition activities. Drove revenue growth and guarded customer base attrition through aggressive sales management of the relationship/partnership between authorized agents and SBC. Evaluated and monitored current market pricing and competitive activities. Tracked and reported metrics relating to the agent program.
