- Launched 10 titles in five months - all on time and within budget despite extremely tight deadlines. Company sold all titles into key accounts despite competition for shelf space.
- Inherited one title which had no clear positioning and was only four weeks from release. Determined positioning, designed packaging, developed marketing campaign and released the title on time.
- Successfully met tight deadline to release, Fugitive Hunter, by Thanksgiving weekend in line with corporate directive. Turned around all packaging and advertising within one month.

Contributed to new feature set and led all marketing efforts, including working with PR and sales to integrate activities.
- Worked on development of new feature set for NHL Hitz 20-04 (PS2, Xbox, GCN, GBA) including conducting focus groups to identify potential opportunities.
- Maintained strong relationship and constant communication with NHL and NHL Players Association, gaining permission to retain Hitz's trademark physicality while adding more realism.
- Managed Spy Hunter port and successfully advocated for inclusion of original arcade game. This important feature was consistently praised in reviews of the game and contributed to solid sales results.
- Achieved strong unit sales for Xbox and GameCube versions of Gauntlet: Dark Legacy through successful positioning in a crowded marketplace.
