What's your dream job?
I'm a freelancer now, but I'd love to work as a web designer for a larger company that works for many clients, specializing in the front-end work but involved to some degree in each project from start to launch. I'd like to be encouraged to learn new things all the time, and to have enough client contact so that I felt like I had a real connection to the client through my work....
