A great job for a student: work in your res hall. I work shifts during the day (9-5) and answer phones and questions, sort mail, deal with emergencies if necessary, and serve as a receptionist for the hall director.

How would you describe your time at Peacock Road Tree Farm?
This is one of those jobs where your job is whatever your boss tells you it is, and can change daily. I did everything from help kids carve pumpkins, set up and tear down for events (including large weddings), concessions, data entry, cashier work, and trimming greens (wreaths, ect). And no matter what, keep a smile on your face, because people don't come to a tree farm JUST to buy a Christmas tree....
