I'm having a great time developing upscale marketing materials -- writing, editing, art directing. I'm also working on re-designing the website to make it more Web 2.0 and developing an integrated marketing and public relations campaign to bring in more business. This is very creative position!

Starting as a temp through TechLink Systems and becoming permanent staff member in January 2007, I wrote and manged the employee communications via email. I also assisted with web content and other employee communications efforts.

How would you describe your time at Vocus?
I managed a team of 2-3 senior media researchers and 8-16 media researchers in building and maintaining the magazine portion of a media contact database. This entailed writing and editing outlet and contact profiles, interviewing and hiring staff, and managing a variety of related projects.

Resulted in growth of site from a dozen pages to more than 200. AviaHealth purchased website in less than two years....
