How would you describe your time at RobotCoupe USA?
Answered customer service calls in a call center environment regarding all aspects of the number one food processor in the Restaurant Business. Questions range from identifying internal parts in the motor base to which external parts and/or accessories the customer needs for the over 100 models currently in use, as well as troubleshooting service issues. Estimating shipping costs and tracking shipments is often requested from Robot Coupe's dealers and company representatives (for customer quotes). Robot Coupe USA services the entire United States, Mexico and Canada. When a machine needs service or parts, they are referred to the nearest distributor and/or service agency in their area. Another pertinent responsibility is entering the multitude of purchase orders received each day, which go to the warehouse for shipping. I was the direct contact for the southeastern Regional Manager's Representatives in his territory. Robot Coupe does not sell directly to the end user, only dealers and distributors that meet Robot Coupe's standards. I also assisted customers by making suggestions as to which machines and processing plates that would be the best fit for their needs. Robot Coupe is a worldwide company based in France....
