How would you describe your time at Microsoft?

Responsible for analyzing and reporting on annual budgets, headcount, floor space, etc for two cost centers. Ensure each staff member is able to work efficiently (by ensuring that all necessary supplies, equipment and tool are set up). Plan large staff events (moves, power outages, staff meetings, morale events, all hands meeting) within timeline and under budget. Schedule meetings and maintain daily appointment calendars for Product Unit Manager (PUM) while providing support for two groups
totaling 100+ staff. Trained 1 contingent staff Admin and 1 Full Time Admin.
Special Projects -
* Project Lead/Space Coordinator for Division's office move (some 700+ individuals). Involved Coordinating Administrator staff to analyze, research, strategize, plan, and execute move plan.
* Project Manager for MsPurch Order tool implementation across Division. Includes setup of tool with new budget data, training of staff, creating user guides, maintaining quarterly updates, and acting as subject matter expert for division.
