How would you describe your time at Stockman's Casino?
Managed security personnel for the protection of facility assets and security of patrons. Design, installation, maintenance and upgrading of surveillance assets.
Conduct necessary investigations.
As the security director of a casino, I am responsible for creating programs and policies based on federal and state regulations. I established money-handling procedures to enable the cashiers to serve customers more quickly while improving security in the cashier's cage and vault. I reworked the existing safety program to ensure all areas of operation comply with OSHA regulations and employees receive the appropriate training. In addition to making these and other changes, I am responsible for resolving customer complaints and providing them with the level of service they expect. Coordination with external law enforcement and state gaming agencies....

How would you describe your time at United States Marine Corps?
Military Police.
Aviation Maintenance (CH46/53).
Quality Assurance Inspector.
While I was the maintenance material manager of a large squadron formed of aircraft and personnel from several different organizations, I continuously evaluated the quality and ready status of all safety of flight components. Additionally I would track and document the performance of the workers regarding adherence to maintenance policies and procedures. To assist them in meeting our goals, I was involved in such diverse activities as expediting deliveries; adjusting work schedules; providing training; or coordinating with other organizations for needed support services. Because of my efforts, the squadron experienced a higher readiness rate during my tenure than in previous years.
When maintenance tasks were not accomplished on time, it was my responsibility as the quality assurance manager to determine if it was a singular occurrence of was part of a trend. If the failure was part of a trend, I had to devise a new solution to the problem or correct the deficiencies in the established procedures. It was my responsibility to see that the policies and procedures that addressed these areas were understandable and available to all workers and managers
OSHA Instructor/Inspector.
Anti-Terrorism, Law Enforcement Instructor. I was assigned the task of establishing a security and disaster preparedness program for a large military facility with no established guidance other than an executive level concept document. I identified all applicable requirements, designed the organization and created the necessary policy and procedure manuals for the entire program. Then I provided training for the personnel to ensure they could accomplish their assigned tasks....
