- To assist director in business valuation projects from U.S, covering Intangible Assets, Merger & Acquisition transactions and Litigation functions.
- Project portfolios for M&A include mostly Silicon Valley-based ventures in biotech, pharmaceutical, software and internet firms.
- Project portfolios for Litigation include Enron, AOL-Time Warner, Oracle and Astra-Zeneca.
- Conducted extensive market researches in China Real Estate, Software, Digital Media and Online Gaming markets for M&A projects.
- To perform in-house seminars for U.S Financial Accounting Standard (FAS 141, FAS 142 and FAS 157).
- To identify potential Chinese targets for US-based (offshore) Private Equity and Venture Capital Investors.
- To assist ongoing marketing and business development projects directed by Managing Director, eg, business trips to Asia-Pacific region, prepare monthly newsletter for U.S clients from valuation perspectives.
- To establish close working relationship with foreign business associations and bourses, eg, U.S, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada, Shanghai.
- Advisor for Shanghai-Singapore House of Entrepreneur Network and Shanghai Business Incubator.
- Program co-coordinator for weekly social work activities with CereCare Wellness Centre for Cerebral Palsy Children....
