How would you describe your time at Seeff Properties?
In Property your various data bases have to be constantly up to date - when you have 13 different developments being sold, constant communication is essential between developers and Agents- liasing with developers on all aspeccts of the development and relaying that into Information files for agents to go forth and sell. Liasing with the attorneys and clients to ensure client satisfaction and that all deadlines are met for transfer to take place. Every day filing computer brochures, advertizing, exhibitions. I worked for the Developments division for 9 months and have since moved onto residential property sales adminsitration....
