Foodservices includes maintenance and food preparation as well as customer service and interaction, ordering of kitchen food and supplies; handled menu planning as well as ordering for set up and break down of special events; make special food purchases for guests as requested; maintain logs associated with kitchen management such as health department logs etc.; maintain the inventory for food and kitchen products. Train the kitchen employees concerning their duties and advise them of the Marriott Standards. Responsible for the daily operations of the store. This included staffing; scheduling of staff; ordering store supplies; ordering inventory; inventory control; control gas inventory using USTMAN Forms; equipment checks; daily sales reports; interact with sales representatives; back up employees as needed; train employees in all aspects of sales of inventory, gas, and propane; daily grounds upkeep; banking; process credit card payments; customer interaction and satisfaction.
