What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?

Have a GREAT personality, and don't be afraid to show it! In this industry, you are only as good as your voice, being that you are on the phone 98% of the time. Being able to talk to people like they ARE people is also a huge necessity! Also, being well versed in a service industry ie. restaurant, retail, sales, etc. Finally, get your bachelor's degree! It is a definiate requirement, but as far as the field of study, they look for a wide variety.... read more
