I started off as a Technical Support representative. My main focus was to troubleshoot KSU Less analog phone systems and a wireless ipod docking station. I became interested in the shipping department and eventually became comfortable enough with both jobs, that I could take calls and process shipping at the same time....

Troubleshooting Internet related issues via telephone. I also handled some billing questions. I was focused on becoming a level 3 tech, and was studying for the test, just before I was offered the position at IntelliTouch.

I started off as a regular Tech Support representative, troubleshooting dial up connections. After 6 or 7 months, my ability to calm the most irate customers down was noticed, and I was offered a position as a second shift Lead Tech. I would then handle escalated calls, very rarely having to further escalate them to the call center Manager....
