*Architected the entire Gigabit product line consisting of scalable, multi-protocol non-blocking crossbar switches and Gigabit NICs. The switches supported Gigabit Ethernet, SCSI and HIPPI blades. The Gigabit NICs supported Gigabit Ethernet and HIPPI and ran under Solaris, NT and Linux. Customers included: Exxon, Cable&Wireless, Tokyo Electron Limited, SAMPO and many other top-tiered Enterprise customers across different market segments. *Assembled and directed the engineering and manufacturing teams to design, develop and manufacture all switch and NIC products. Worked with Marketing & Sales on a regular basis to ensure hardware and software releases are delivered accurately, timely and in full compliance with customer requirements. The hardware is chassis-based with different line cards that contain ASICs, FPGAs and off-the-shelf silicons.
