What's your ideal work environment?

Challenging, fast paced. An environment that allows me to work hard in order to catch up and utilise vacatin time at will (within reason, and assuming my work is p to date.) I love meeting new people, and wineing and dining is a specialty of mine.

How would you describe your time at Wild Fish Bar and Grille?

I started at Wild Fish as a second job to meet some more people and primarally to entertain myself. I entered the company as a server and quickly was promoted to bartender. I greatly enjoyed my eperience there and the job ended when it unexpectedly closed in August 2006.

What don't I do, might be a less detailed answer. However, it's not the question. I am in charge of the care for and training of approximately 15 horses. This entails daily feeding and riding as well as schedual veteranery apointments, farrier appointments and have a basic veteranery knowledge. How would you describe your time at Snapper O'Malley's?

I started as a server and, as soon as I was legally able, started bartending. I opened or closed the bar and/or resturant at every shift. This experience tought me to work in a very fast paced environment as well as negotiate with customers and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
