What was your most memorable summer job?

Working at the Hamilton County Courthouse during high school was a very memorable experience for me. I was hired as a municipal courtroom clerk in the arraignment rooms and later worked in the trial rooms. The job allowed me to understand the trial process and allowed me to meet a wide variety of people in the legal field--lawyers, prosecuters, police officers, and judges. I was kept busy in the morning by preparing the docket for court and my afternoons were spent organizing the paperwork during court proceedings. How would you describe your time at clemson university?

I achieved my degree in English while minoring in secondary education. I earned my general honors certificate and maintained a high GPA throughout school, graduating with a cumulative GPA of 3.82. I was also highly involved in Gamma Sigma Sigma, a service sorority, by being elected vice president of my pledge class and later vice president of the whole sorority. One of my proudest achievements was being voted "most dependable" by my pledge class. While studying full-time I also worked to pay for many of my expenses.... read more
