If you won $50 million dollars tomorrow, what would you do first?

Invest the majority of it and use the interest for primary income. Pay off my car. Go on a monthlong vacation to Australia. Set up a non-profit organization which helps people cover medical expenses not otherwise covered by insurance/Medicaid.
