Providing consultative services to assigned clients regarding strategic staffing and recruiting strategies to Senior Management and Executive team. Projects include designing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing requirement deliverables, and recruiting.
?? Manage full life-cycle recruiting utilizing non-traditional sourcing techniques as well as the Internet
?? Hold weekly recruitment update meetings with Business Partners, including C-level Executives and V.P.s
?? Communicate daily with Hiring Managers regarding candidate flow, current & future requisitions and succession planning
?? Work in conjunction with the Project (Engagement) Manager to analyze, and frame the business issues around the recruiting practices for the enterprise
?? Advise the Executive Team on how to increase the recruiting process efficiency
?? Working towards the implementation of a self-sustained recruiting function
