Achievements:
- Setup processes in place to better the quality of the product by engaging the developers and QA testers during the Requirements phase. Engaging the QA team helped increase the quality of the test effort during development phase.
- Created Project Plan using MS Project that
tracked the overall progress of the project end-to-end, number of resources allocated and the total man hours spent (using MS TFS tool).
- Setup a central PRD document template - Worked with the Product Management team to reach consensus on a standardized PRD format.
- Setup daily standup meeting to collect status from the Product, Dev, SDET and QA teams.
- Provided weekly status reports to the Executive team
- Represented Product team in key negotiations with Partners.

during "Release to Web" phase by 5%. This amounted to saving approximately $135,000 in Gross Bookings.
